Notes for accepted authors

If your abstract is accepted, at least one of the authors must register to attend the conference to present your work and answer questions. Only talks and posters of registered participants will be scheduled in the programme.

Accepted oral presenters: you will give a live talk in parallel with your slides at a scheduled time and answer questions from our online audience. Subject to your approval, the slides and a recording of your talk will be available on-demand for 6-months after the live event. Full guidelines regarding preparing your online presentation will be sent to you prior to the event.

Accepted poster authors: Posters (abstracts & PDF files) and author video pitches will be available for viewing by delegates throughout the conference and, subject to your approval, for six months after the live event*. A guided tour of selected posters will take place during the scheduled poster sessions. Delegates can arrange video meetings with you during the live event to discuss your work.
