Yanin Chavarri-Guerra Yanin Chavarri-Guerra is an Associate Professor of Medical Oncology at the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición, Salvador Zubirán (INCMNSZ) in Mexico City. She completed a clinical oncology fellowship at INCMNSZ, followed by a fellowship in breast cancer research at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2012 and a postdoctoral fellowship in cancer genetics at City of Hope in 2017. She is a member of the National System of Investigators of the National Institutes of Health of Mexico. Her research focuses on disparities in access to health care in cancer, particularly among patients with breast cancer and cancer genetics in Hispanics.
